The rates for a voiceover depend on several factors: the media on which the voice will be used (television, internet, radio), the market depending on whether it is local, national or international, the nature (advertising, audio book, motion design, etc.), the duration and use of the audio.

Rates can be calculated per minute or per word count

The length of the spot or the number of words does not matter.

The rate is degressive depending on the length of the broadcast, the media and the targeted territories.

Internet rights – not-paid-for web usage, also called organic usage (no media buying):
Client website, Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Linkedin accounts, client Youtube/Vimeo channels: from 50% to 200% of rights) depending on the size of the advertiser (lower bracket for small structures, specialized sectors with limited audience) -
Internet usage including previous, plus:
-- Social medias sponsored ads, France geotargeting, 1 year PLUS archive rights: 450% or €1125
-- Youtube pre-roll, geotargeting France, 1 year: 300% billed, or €750
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Once my services have been officially engaged, the agreed fee is payable within 30 days of invoice by bank transfer. Payment by Paypal must be agreed in advance and will incur a 6% fee to cover their costs.
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, broadcasting rights and all other rights associated with the author (Charlotte Jardat) and the author's works and/or performances remain the property of the author (Charlotte Jardat) until the associated payment. After full payment of my invoice, the following license is granted by the author for usage rights.
The duration of use of my work (recording) is stated on the invoice and can therefore only be used during this period. After which the product can no longer be used or an additional payment (equal to the payment for use stated on the original invoice) will be made to the author (Charlotte Jardat)
My work (recording) may only be used for the agreed product or service detailed in the invoice lines, this also means that my recordings may not be incorporated into any text-to-speech, synthetic voice or Al Voice models, on any platform or medium known today or in the future.
My work may only be used in the geographic region specified in the invoice, unless otherwise specified. The hiring company may not transfer the recordings produced, nor this license to third parties (including the sale of the lessor itself) without the written consent of the author (Charlotte Jardat).
If you think that the payment could take more than 30 days, you must agree in advance. If the payment exceeds thirty days without prior agreement, fees will be applied (40€ compensation, in accordance with decree n°2012-1115 of October 2, 2012, as well as an additional 10% per day of delay - article 121-II of law n°2012-387 of March 22, 2012)
